With that said, letās get into it -
Videos Iām Watchingā¦
I absolutely love to Sauna and Cold Plunge. I try to sauna ATLEAST once per week for 30 minutes (10 minutes on, 2 minutes off. Repeat 3x) and this aligns with the minimum viable dose described in this video. Iāve also recently implemented (at the end of my shower) 60-90 seconds of freezing cold water 3-4x per week, and the benefits in terms of mood are incredibly noticable. if youāre curious on how to get tactical with hot & cold protocols, start here.
I have been obsessed with this house mix for focus music during work for the last 2-3 weeks. No joke, I have listened to it 8x all the way through. Seriouslyā¦I checked. Use this to find your āflow stateā next time you need to lock in.
Peter Luger Steakhouse is an NYC institution. Iāve never been (yet), and after watching this video and learning more about the history, product and techniques they use, its quickly jumping to the top of my restaurant bucket list. The shots of the steaks in this will leave your mouth-watering.

Podcasts Iām Listening Tooā¦
If you want to be a SUPERSTAR employeeā¦WATCH THIS!
This is one of the most tactical podcasts Iāve listened to this year. So much content these days is focused on entrepreneurship, starting a business, etc. But what about people are actual employees working in companies? If thatās you, YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO THIS! The bar to being a god-tier employee is much lower than you probably think.
In this episode of Diary of a CEO, Steven Bartlett interviews Walter Isaacson, the author of Elon Musks, Steve Jobs, Leonardo Da Vinci and Albert Einstein biographies. This was a REALLY compelling interview, and Steven asked Walter a ton of questions Iād have wanted to ask myself. Additionally, the production quality of DOAC is off the charts. Great episode here.
