Behind-the-scenes of Dune: it took 7 hours of makeup to turn Stellan SkarsgƄrd into the Baron.
Denis Villeneuve didnāt want to use CGI because he wanted Stellan to have a ādirect relationshipā with the character to really bring it out āpresenceā and āmenaceā. It worked.
